Forms that are assigned as Primary and/or Secondary reviewer (as titled when you click "Add Review Comments") are required to be completed.

For panel chairs and additional reviewers (non-primary/non-secondary), you are encouraged to submit a review form, but it is not required. However, you are expected to be familiar with all of the project plans as you will score them during the panel meeting.

When finished, a record of your comments will be available for PDF print/download under "Submitted Comments."
